The Iran nuclear issue, which has been considered an arsenal, which can be exploded at any time, has been a hot in the Middle East. Iran’s nuclear energy development programme has been implemented since the 1970s, with technical assistance from companies from the Federal Republic of Germany and then Russia. It has become a thorny and complicated problem since US-Iran relations were interrupted, and “frozen” after Iran’s Islamic Revolution of Feb. 11, 1979, which toppled the pro-US monarchy.
