Hoa Binh after 15 years of the re-establishment of the province

Being a province of long history as well as a cradle of culture, and following many upheavals with different names, on 1st October 1991 Hoa Binh province was re-established. It is the native land of more than 820.000 people of 7 ethnic groups: Muong, Kinh, Thai, Tay, Hmong, and Chinese. Having overcome various difficulties related to being a mountainous province, after 15 years of re-establishment, the people of Hoa Binh province are steadily implementing the resolution of the 10th Party Congress and the resolution of the 14th provincial Party Congress in order to build a province which is prosperous, socio-politically stable, and strong in security and defense.
