2007 is an important and the hinge year for the provincial Party organization and people of Quang Ninh province in the implementation process of resolution of the 12^th provincial Party Congress. A number of tasks are set forth in 2007 in order to materialize targets laid down at the provincial Party Congress: 1/ Maintaining economic development; 2/ Properly implementing social policies; 3/ Strengthening and improving the effectiveness of the operation of political system, well protecting security, social order and safety. Quang Ninh is confident that it will be able to fulfill these key task and other important duties in the implementation of 2007 development plan when the orientation has been clearly defined.
